These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules that govern your use of our services, including any tools, features, or products we make available (collectively, the “Services”). We’ve tried to keep the language clear, but some sections will read like a formal agreement – because that’s exactly what they are. Please read them before using the Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. In return, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and our policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
1. Who Can Use the Services Our Services are not intended for children under the age of minority. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we become aware that a user is under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction), we will terminate their account and delete their data. By using the Services, you confirm that you are able to form a binding contract with us and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Guidance Our Services provide access to fitness content and workout guidance. This content is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or address health conditions. You are solely responsible for how you use or apply any guidance provided through the Services.
3. Personalization We use information you provide during onboarding to personalize your workout plans and recommendations. While we aim to make these as accurate and relevant as possible, we cannot guarantee they will be perfectly suited to every situation. Our recommendations are not a substitute for professional advice and should be used at your own discretion.
4. Rights You Grant Us You may upload or submit content through the Services, including progress photos or similar materials. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant us and our affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, analyze, and transmit that content for the purposes of operating, developing, and improving the Services. We may review, screen, or remove content at any time, but you remain responsible for everything you submit.
5. Subscription Access to certain Services requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. To cancel or modify your subscription, log in to your account and follow the instructions provided – even if you have already deleted your account.
6. Refund and Chargeback Purchases made through the Apple or Google app stores are subject to their respective refund policies. We are unable to issue refunds for those transactions directly. Chargebacks are not refunds – before contacting your bank, please reach out to our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Additional Terms Additional terms may apply to certain Services. Where applicable, those terms become part of this agreement. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms take precedence over these Terms.
8. Privacy We care about how your data is handled. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
9. Artificial Intelligence Our Services may use AI to generate personalized workout recommendations. AI outputs are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation – it should not be relied upon as professional, medical, or factual advice.
10. Safety We work to keep our Services safe, but we cannot guarantee that. Please pay attention to your physical wellbeing while using the Services.
11. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information, choose a strong password, and contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create a new account if you have previously been banned from our Services.
12. Modifications We may update, change, or discontinue features or the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms when necessary. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination and Suspension You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, taking into account all relevant facts and circumstances before doing so.
14. Disclaimers The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information obtained through them will be accurate or timely.
15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
16. Choice of Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, excluding conflict-of-laws principles.
17. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver All disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action proceedings. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over representative proceedings. This arbitration agreement applies to all disputes between you and us.
18. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the remaining provisions.
19. Final Terms These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
